Here are some common topics you can use to practice.
You just have to talk about it for one to two minutes.

TOPIC 11: TEACHING

Describe a TEACHER who has greatly influenced you in your education
Outline:
  • What she looked like
  • Where you met him/her?
  • What subject they taught?
  • What was special about him/her
  • Explain why this person influenced you so much.

TOPIC 12: NEWS & THE MEDIA
Describe the media that you rely on to get information about world events (Newspapers, radio, TV etc) 
Outline:
  • What your favorite way of accessing the news is 
  • How often you use this media 
  • What topics interest you most (e.g. local news/ world news/ sports/ business) 
  • Explain why you prefer this form of media to others.


 TOPIC 13: CULTURE ARTS
Describe a museum or art gallery you have visited.

  • Where it is 
  • Why you went there 
  • Who you went with
